Coaching
The Process
COACHING is a collaborative process, designed to promote personal and professional growth.
The Professional Coach guides/supports the Coachee (client) in defining goals, self-discovery and developing skills. The purpose of the Coach is to enable the Coachee to overcome challenges, improve their performance and achieve their desired results in the short, medium and long term, promoting their self-knowledge and accountability.
Through structured sessions, with powerful questions and personalized strategies for each Coachee, the Coach helps his client to identify and access their potential.
The Coach is free from opinion and judgment throughout the entire process. The entire process is confidential on this journey towards your goals.

The goal of coaching is to help clients experience rapid, sustainable change by moving them from confusion and inaction to clarity and confident action.

The General Process
Free clarification and evaluation session – 30 minutes

The Coaching process may consist of 4 phases:
- Clarity – My current situation. How did I get here? What are the themes inherent to my situation? What internal and external factors influence it?
- Goal & Focus – What goal do I want to achieve and when? How important is this goal? Define the goal well. What is the impact on the different dimensions of life.
- Strategy & Action Plan – How will I achieve my goal? What are my options? How will I maintain my commitment/resilience?
- Execution & Progress Monitoring – Challenges in practice. The accompaniment on this journey. How do I adapt my plan to the new circumstances?
It depends on the stage you are at in relation to your desired goal (if you already have a defined goal).
The Coachee Commitment (client):
- Sharing your personal information, including information that creates discomfort. Availability to deconstruct limiting beliefs and conditioning thoughts that can give rise to negative emotions.
- Lines of thought and reactions/actions that deep down you feel are harmful.
- Commitment to dedicated exercises/tasks, during and between sessions, as well as internal availability to receive feedback.
- Alignment and commitment to the need to change.

What’s hard is getting started!!! After that, it’s crystal clear and very liberating!
